The therapist in this role will support and orientate Musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatient (OP) physiotherapists to ACC & Ministry of Health (MoH) clients

Complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments with patients and their whānau and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care

Work primarily within the medical stream, with a strong focus on discharge readiness and supporting safe, timely transitions of care.
