About the Role

We are seeking an Administration Coordinator who is highly organised, customer focused, has excellent attention and is able to motivate and manage a small team of administrators.  You will be providing administration support to the Team Leaders and team members of Te Whare Tipu (Maternal MHS, Wellington CAMHS, Early Intervention Service),& Te Roopu Kaitiaki.  The Administration Coordinator reports directly to the Early Intervention Service team leader and is responsible for administrating systems, policies and procedures to enhance the performance and day-to-day operational requirements of the four services based here. 

The salary band for this role is $80,186- $91,281, depending on experience.

About the Team/Service/ Location 

The admin team at Te Whare Tipu support four mental health services here and so engage with a wide range of clients as well as support a large number of clinicians from a number of health disciplines. We are based at Te Whare Tipu, in Hania St, Wellington

About you 

You will be an energetic, experienced administrator who communicates well, is committed to high standards of customer service and has a proven ability to prioritise your workload and deal with multiple tasks in high pressure situations. An ability to positively motivate and encourage your team of five administrators will be really important. You will also have a working knowledge of computer programmes including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
