Administration Support


Location: Wellington Regional Hospital or Hutt Hospital

Contract: Permanent, Full Time 1.0 FTE

About the Role 

This position will be responsible for providing timely, professional and high quality administrative services and support to the security orderly team at Capital and Coast Te Whatu Ora. The Salary is $73,000 - $76,000 pending experience, skillset and knowledge.

About the Team/Service Location 

The position will sit within the Security Orderly team at Capital Coast Wellington. The security orderly service provides care and support to patient’s staff and visitors 24/7 as well as ensuring the security of the site and its occupants. 

About you 

  • A qualification or relevant experience in administrative duties 
  • Invoice, purchase orders, expense reconciliation experience.
  • Proficient in word, excel, power point, share point & teams
  • Professional approach with excellent time management, good communication and reliability.   
  • Able to work well in a team environment and individually.
