Casual Administrator
Location: Across the Wellington Region
Contract: Casual - as and when required

About the Role
We have vacancies available in our Mental Health, Addiction and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAIDS) Casual Administration Team to support the day-to-day administration functions across our Inpatient Units and Community Mental Health Teams, covering sites in Wellington, Porirua, Hutt Valley and Kapiti.
This role encompasses many different tasks, and training and support will be given to assist in the development and enhancement of skills and knowledge required. This is a casual role working on an as required basis, so days and hours will vary depending on the demand for coverage of administration duties.

About the Team
The MHAIDS Casual Administrators provide support across the teams within MHAIDS, which may include inpatient and community, and can be based in either Wellington, Porirua, Hutt Valley or Kapiti.
You will be joining a diverse and dynamic team, working alongside both clinical and non-clinical staff. Your placement may have you working with other administrators, or in sole charge, with administration support.
About you
We are seeking dynamic, motivated and skilled administrators who can multitask and be comfortable working in different locations, moving from team to team depending on the demand. Essential skills and experience we are looking for:
- You will need to be organised, adaptable and have strong communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while also working well with others in a team setting.
- Have up to date knowledge of computer packages
- A friendly disposition and willingness to learn
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare environment is ideal, but not essential.
