About the Role
We are inviting applications for a Permanent 1.0 FTE Clinical Nurse Coordinator position within the General Medicine Services at Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley | Te Whatu Ora, based at Wellington Hospital.
About the Team/Service Location
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to step into a key senior role supporting medical outlier patients across various services. The position involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams and service areas to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and high-quality, culturally responsive care. Salary scale for this role is Grade 1, Senior Nurse NZNO MECA.
