Clinical Psychologist - Porirua Community Mental Health Team

About the Role 

The Porirua Community Mental Health Team is based in the BNZ tower in the heart of Porirua. We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team. In this role you will be expected to work in collaboration with our MDT. We provide a variety of interventions and there is opportunity to have ongoing training and development in this role.

Our team is made up of several disciplines and works in a cohesive and respectful manner. We are supportive team and have a wide range of experiences and specialities making up the team. We encourage ongoing learning and development of all members.

About you 

Looking for a motivated clinician who is looking for part of full-time work. Important to have a high level of organizational skills. Often the role calls for autonomy and a willingness to advocate for the people we work with. 

Essential Professional Qualifications/ Accreditations/Registrations

  • Minimum of a Masters Degree in Psychology and Post graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
  • Registration with NZ Psychologist Board, with Clinical Psychology as Vocational Scope of Practice.
  • Current annual practising certificate.
