Recruitment Administrator
Location: Wellington Regional Hospital / Lower Hutt
Contract: 12 months fixed-term, full-time

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Administrator to join our team to support our Recruitment Advisors who manage the recruitment of all non-clinical, Allied Health Scientific & Technical, and Nursing & Midwifery vacancies. The full salary range is $72,035 - $79,573.
You will be working alongside an awesome and supportive team who will mentor and guide you through the world of internal health recruitment. Some of your duties will include:
- Scheduling interviews with candidates
- Managing our shared recruitment inbox and responding to general enquiries
- Posting job adverts
- Initiating reference checks through our online system
This is a busy and varied role which will expose you to the wonderful world of recruitment in a healthcare environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into recruitment and grow in their career to become a Recruitment Advisor.

About you
While previous recruitment experience is beneficial, we are ultimately looking for an experience administrator who is a quick learner and knows how to use their initiative. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a complex environment where things can change quickly. Agility is a bonus, and having a great sense of humour is essential – you will generally hear our team before you see them!
