Recruitment Advisor
Location: Wellington Regional Hospital
Contract: 6 month fixed-term, full-time

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity join a great team working in a collaborative environment here at Capital & Coast and Hutt Valley District.
We are looking for Recruitment Advisor to recruit for non-clinical and business support vacancies across the District.
You will be working alongside awesome recruiters who will train, mentor and guide you through the world of health recruitment.

Recruitment manages all non-clinical and clinical vacancies across Hutt Valley, Wellington, Porirua & the Kapiti coast. We are a close-knit team, supportive, competitive and loud; you will hear us before you reach our office! We have working from home options and working remotely from other hospital sites if that suits your lifestyle and location. We are all about life/work balance fostering a supportive workplace culture.
About you
This role would suit someone with an understanding of recruitment processes, proven experience processing high volume recruitment requests and the use of job boards such as Springboard and Ready Employ. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in internal recruitment in a healthcare environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a great sense of humour are essential.
You’ll understand how recruitment timelines work, the level of support hiring managers need, and have the ability to prioritise and deliver excellent service to internal and external shareholders.
