Registered Nurse - Kenepuru Operating Theatre
Location: Kenepuru Regional Hospital
Contract: Fixed Term for 1 year, 16 hours per week

About the Role We are looking for an experienced theatre nurse, preferably with knowledge of Perioperative Nursing for our small theatre unit. We are a busy unit with many specialties, which provides variety and stimulation in this role. It is a 1 year fixed term contract to cover Parental Leave, and is for 2 days a week rostered and rotating.
About the Team/Service Location
We have 3 Operating Theatres and a Procedure Room and cover Gynaecology, General, Urology, Paediatric Day Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Gastro and Dental Surgery. We operate Monday to Friday. Kenepuru is a warm friendly patient focused environment that strives to improve, promote and protect the health of the people within our local region. We have a small team of experienced staff that provide optimal care for those on their perioperative journey.
About you
- Experienced theatre nurse with a knowledge of all perioperative areas
- Current practising Certificate
- Dynamic, Motivated team member that has a strong patient focus.
