Registered Nurse - Theatre
Location: Wellington Regional Hospital
Contract: Fixed Term Part Time 0.4 FTE Rostered and Rotating

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced PACU nurse to cover Maternity leave for 1 year. This fixed term position is for 2 days a week in the Perioperative department at Kenepuru Regional Hospital.
About the Team/Service/ Location
We have 3 Operating theatres and an Advanced Procedure Room that covers specialties including Gynaecology, General, Urology, ENT, Paediatrics, Opthalmology, Orthopaedics, Dental and Gastro. Our small friendly team specialises in mainly day surgery with overnight stays for mainly general, gynaecology and orthopaedics.
About you
We are looking for an experienced PACU nurse who is a strong team player and effective communicator.
Essential Professional Qualifications / Accreditations / Registrations:
- Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand as a Registered Nurse.
- A current practising certificate
