Registered Nurse – Urology Department

Contract: Fixed term full time (Covering Parental leave)
Salary: NZNO Meca - $81,683 - $106,739
Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
This position is based in the Urology Department, providing support to outpatient and procedural clinics. Clinics are conducted by senior specialists, registrars in training and clinical nurse specialists.
The RN working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm, with some flexibility across the District as required to meet patient safety and workforce necessities.
Duties to include:
- Nursing support to urology outpatient department
- Clinic preparation and management
- Provision of support to patients and urology team for procedures
- Patient communication and education
