Service Support Analyst
The three District Health Boards (Wairarapa, Hutt Valley and Capital & Coast) covers regions extending from Wellington to Otaki, the Hutt Valleys, and Wairarapa. It comprises key delivery arms in primary, secondary and tertiary health.
The Service Support Analyst is the first point of contact for customers requiring resolution of IT system problems and is responsible for providing effective first and second level user-support for the desktop environment, primarily remotely.
Was currently have a part time role for someone who is passionate about customer service and technology. Do you have great communication skills and a willingness to learn? Are you ambitious and eager to continually learn? You'll need to have a mature outlook on life, have previous IT experience and enjoy problem solving.
