Contract: Permanent, Full time

About the Role

This role primarily focuses on the intra hospital shuttle that runs between Wellington and Kenepuru hospitals. It’s centred on transferring passengers between hospitals, helping out in the office or moving packages between the various sites and provides a very valued service to the wider community. Working hours for this role are 10:30am through to 7:00pm.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Diverse but close-knit team who take pride in getting the job done properly. We work well together and are a mix of longstanding and new faces to the DHB’s. We take pride in the work we deliver across the various sites.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A great sense of humour and a can‑do attitude
  • A clean, full driver’s licence
  • Strong knowledge of the Wellington, Porirua, and Hutt regions
  • A good level of physical fitness for manual handling tasks
  • Effective time‑management skills
  • Confidence using common office software
  • The ability to pick up basic administrative tasks quickly
