Contract: Permanent, Full Time (1 FTE)
Salary: As per PSA MECA, based on experience

Mō tō mātou rōpū – About our team
The Crisis Resolution Service is a community based mental health service which provides acute assessment/ risk formulation and treatment working in partnership with people, whanau community supports.
We are a frontline service and work closely with Emergency departments and Police, social services, GP’s and tertiary education providers. We assess people of all ages and refer on to secondary services or back to primary are.
The team is Multi-Disciplinary comprising of Nurses, Doctors, social workers and administrators
Moū – About you
- You will be an integral part of MDT process
- Train to become a duly Authorised officer for Mental Health Act 1992 within 6 months
- Have a good sense of humour to work within a team
Skills & Experience -
- Registered Social Worker with at least 3 years’ experience working in a mental health setting.
- Full Driver’s License essential
- Skilled in risk assessments and risk formulations
