With a fleet of over 500 vehicles across the Wellington, Hutt and Wairarapa regions we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

- Handling queries and resolving issues related to transport and travel operations.
- Utilising transport management software in particular our in house booking and telematics system.
This is a part-time role working 32 hours per week, and the hours of work are negotiable with the successful candidate. You will be based at Wellington Regional Hospital, but required to work at our Hutt Valley and Kenepuru hospital sites on occasion.
Mō tō mātou rōpū – About our team
You will be joining a diverse and small team that works well together and takes pride in getting the job done properly while enjoying a laugh along the way.
We’re spread across a number of sites and out on the road so there’s always a variety of faces in the office and sometimes there’s even home baking!
Moū – About you

Other skills and experience we are looking for:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A good understanding of transport regulations and compliance or a willingness to learn
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
